Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

1. About AcctVault

AcctVault is an online marketplace where independent sellers list digital accounts and products and buyers purchase them. AcctVault is operated by AcctVault, Nigeria ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your login details and all activity on your account. Provide accurate information; one person may not run multiple accounts to evade restrictions.

3. Escrow and orders

When you order, payment is held in escrow. The seller is paid only after you confirm delivery or the review period ends without a dispute. Instant-delivery items are delivered automatically. Check what you received promptly and report problems before confirming.

4. Wallet and payments

Funds added to your wallet are used to pay for orders. Wallet top-ups are not withdrawable unless we state otherwise or the law requires it. Refunds for cancelled, rejected or successfully disputed orders are returned to your wallet.

5. Fees

Buyers pay no fee to sign up. AcctVault deducts a 2% commission from each completed sale. We may change fees with notice on the site.

6. Seller Terms

7. Prohibited use

No stolen, hacked or fraudulently obtained accounts or data; no illegal goods or services; no money laundering; no misrepresentation; no harassment; no attempts to take deals off-platform to avoid escrow or fees; no interfering with the site's security.

8. Disputes

Open a dispute through support before confirming delivery. We review evidence from both sides and may refund the buyer, release payment to the seller, or split the outcome. Our decision on marketplace disputes is final within the platform, without affecting your legal rights.

9. Third-party platforms

Accounts for third-party services (e.g. streaming, VPN, messaging) are subject to those services' own terms, which may restrict transfer or sharing. AcctVault does not control those services and does not guarantee their continued availability or how they treat an account.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or pose fraud or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time; pending orders must be completed first.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction.
